As the Founder and Lead Consultant of Jenerous Solutions, I spearhead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a premier Arkansas-based consulting firm. I serve as a trusted advisor to nonprofits, businesses, associations, and government agencies, delivering customized technical assistance to eliminate operational barriers and drive sustainable community impact. Leveraging my background in public administration, I champion mission-driven initiatives rooted in transparency, local economic advancement, and social equity.
We practice what we preach regarding operational efficiency and modern workforce sustainability. Jenerous Solutions operates under a flexible hybrid workplace model that balances remote autonomy with intentional in-person collaboration. Our team splits time between independent remote work and collaborative onsite days tailored to client projects and event management. This policy empowers our professionals to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring we deliver the highly responsive, personalized support our partners expect.
Ms. Tindle's employment background has been established through various avenues of legal and administrative support, program implementation and evaluation, and nonprofit management and development.
As the Founder of Knowledge Way, a community resource for socio-economically challenged individuals. you will often see Ms. Tindle participate in community partnerships as a host or co-host of various workshops along side of other local organizations.
Currently, Ms. Tindle is consulting and contracting alongside of various nonprofits, associations, and government agencies.
Research Assistant on the History of Black Philanthropy in Arkansas for the Arkansas Black Philanthropy Collaborative (ABPC).
Research Assistant on Community Service Learning (CSL) Program implementation in high schools for the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE).
Team Lead Researcher for the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Program Implementation in Arkansas high schools project for the Arkansas Veterans Coalition & Arkansas Council Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).
Co-Author of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's 2021 Federally funded CCAMPIS grant from the U.S. Department of Education for accessible child care on campus. Results yielded over $500,000 in grant funding.
